Food, Cake, Musical Instruments, etc. must coincide with your rental time. We suggest three hours before the start of your event so caterers, photographers and rental companies will have enough time to prepare.

If you are not hiring a Caterer who is authorized to serve alcohol, you must obtain a banquet permit ($10.00 at Wash. State Liquor Stores). Permits must be displayed before the beginning of your event or alcohol will not be served.
Last Call for alcohol shall be 45 minutes before the end of your event, then the bar will be closed.
If any of your guests become noticeably intoxicated. Southworth Cottage reserves the right to close the bar.
Children:
Well supervised children are always welcomed. They should always be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Southworth Cottage does not accept responsibility for the safety of unsupervised children.
Please keep children out of the woods and away from the bluff.

The last hour of your rental is reserved for you to collect your personal belongings and load them in your cars and to begin Clean Up. Events that run over time will be charged $275.00 per hour.
We post clean up procedures for caterers in our kitchen. If you are catering yourself, please follow these procedures.
